This wedge has become my go-to for tug sessions with my dog, and the 12" x 8" size gives him a solid grip without being awkward to hold. The 5" thickness holds up well to enthusiastic biting during interactive play.
Wasn't sure a 12-inch wedge would be big enough for my shepherd, but the size is actually perfect for him to really sink his teeth in during tug sessions. The shape gives him a solid grip and it's holding up well after a few weeks of daily play.
