Snagged the LG/XL and the sizing chart was spot on for my 7 1/2 head. The embroidery is clean and doesn't pucker like the cheaper patches I've had. Wore it all day at the training field and forgot it was on.
The flex-fit band actually hugs my head without leaving a red mark, which I didn't expect from a structured hat. The embroidery is crisp and hasn't frayed after a few washes. SM/MED fits me perfectly at 7 1/8.
