The leather wrap already feels broken-in, and the Delron core keeps it rigid enough to crack cleanly without that floppy noodle feel. It’s been through a week of daily target work and the rope lash is still holding tight.
The pop it makes is genuinely loud—my dog actually flinched the first time I cracked it in the yard. The chap leather wrapping gives it a nice grip, and the 23" length feels balanced in my hand without being floppy.
The chap leather covering feels substantial in hand, and the 23-inch length is perfect for precise cueing without whipping my arm. I've been using it daily for a week and the Delron core keeps the flex just right—stiff enough for control but it still cracks loud on the popper.
