Product Specs & Compatibility

• The end of the leash has inverted loops to give the handler a safe grip without having a handle on the lead
• With 2 easy steps this end can be converted to a standard handle for conditions that require it

Hardware

• All bolt snaps are solid brass
• We hand braid the snap onto the leash instead of stitching because we feel it is safer and stronger
• Thread can deteriorate due to wear and sun, but the braid is strong and will not fail
• You can also upgrade to a Frog snap. Upgrading to a FROG Snap will eliminate the ability to create a handle on the detection style braiding.

Quality Imported Leather

• High-quality leather tanned for extreme conditions
• Not affected by water, sun, or sand
• Safer than others on the market because the durability of the leather is not affected by extreme working conditions
• Does not need to be conditioned to keep it from drying out and it will not get "gummy" when wet

FAQs

Does the leather leash stretch?
Natural leather has a certain level of give to it and will stretch over time as the material sets. You may find that your leather leash is intentionally shorter than expected as it is designed to set at the intended length after being broken in with time.
